Three SLA templates — Basic, Standard and Premium — with response and handling times by urgency, based on the platform defaults.

The platform baseline

  • Domera's default response times: Emergency 60 minutes · Urgent 24 hours · Normal 48 hours. A "scheduled" request is not measured by a response clock.
  • The "Standard" template reflects the platform baseline; "Premium" tightens the targets and "Basic" relaxes them.
  • A signed service contract can tighten the targets beyond the baseline (ADR-0012).

The templates are a basis for tailoring with the service provider; the binding times are those set in the signed service contract.
